With over 29 years of experience in finance, accounting, payroll and office administration, Priscillia has built a strong reputation for delivering professional, reliable, and client-focused services. She is recognised for her independence, efficiency, diligence, and strong communication skills, enabling her to cultivate lasting relationships with clients, business partners, vendors, and professional associates.
As a registered Qualified Individual with more than 9 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice, Priscillia manages a diverse portfolio of clients, including Singapore private limited companies, Singapore branches, family offices, and British Virgin Islands (BVI) companies across a wide range of industries.
She provides a full spectrum of corporate secretarial services, from company incorporation and corporate restructuring to the preparation of statutory documents for routine and non-routine corporate matters. She works closely with an experienced corporate secretarial team to advise clients on statutory compliance, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance, ensuring they meet their legal obligations efficiently and effectively.

Throughout her career, she has worked with businesses in the manufacturing, construction, trading, and public accounting sectors, giving her extensive knowledge of the financial, operational, and regulatory requirements of companies at every stage of their business lifecycle.
She possesses extensive expertise in financial reporting, bookkeeping, management accounting, budgeting, taxation, regulatory compliance, payroll and corporate administration. She works closely with clients to provide practical advice and tailored accounting and corporate secretarial services that support statutory compliance, effective corporate governance, and the smooth operation of their businesses.
Chng Chung Hing
Senior Tax Consultant
Mr Chng began his tax practice after his graduation from the National University of Singapore, from which he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours. He joined the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and spent the next 10 years of his career there. He obtained his Master of Professional Accounting subsequently from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.
After IRAS, he joined a private tax practice. He has worked with local and international accounting firms (including Ernst and Young Singapore). With more than 40 years of experience in tax practice, he is well-placed to guide businesses to navigate through complex tax issues with a practical approach. His areas of expertise include personal and business tax, corporate tax, tax planning and investigation, Goods and Services Tax, and international tax. He is a retired member of the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals.
